About the YesPlay Minimum Service Platform
The YesPlay Minimum Service Platform (MSP) is a business continuity service used during major platform interruptions.
Its purpose is to give customers secure access to essential account information while the primary YesPlay platform is being restored.
During MSP mode, customers can log in, view their latest available balances, view recent account activity, contact YesPlay, and submit registration requests.
This platform operates in read-only mode. Deposits, withdrawals, betting, and account changes are temporarily unavailable.
The MSP is designed to reduce customer uncertainty, protect account visibility, and support YesPlay’s disaster recovery and continuity process.
